LOUVERS FOR NATURAL VENTILATION

The Weather Protection Louver ensures an energy free supply of fresh air to a building. The aerodynamically designed blades offer a high efficiency as they were optimized with regard to fluidic characteristics according to DIN EN 12101 on the test stand. They are horizontally fixed in the frame. Optionally they are available as sound insulation in double-walled construction.

FACADE CLADDING

The Weather Protection Louver Wall is a further development of the LU-F. For the LU-FW the blades are horizontally fixed onto a girder system, thus providing a continuous band and offering a high quality appearance of the cladding with identical properties and performances as described for the LU-F.

NATURAL SMOKE EXTRACTION (SHE)

The complex systems are available for all common applications. From puristic roof hatch to architectural fire ventilation wing, the systems are always performance-optimised and highly functional. Depending on requirements, they provide daylight, are weather-independent, permanently dissipate production heat and are optimised for high throughput as well as for daily ventilation.

MAINTENANCE

Roof ventilators, flat ventilators or mechanical ventilation — we have the perfect solution even for particularly challenging circumstances and space conditions. Depending on the design, our exhaust air systems are flexible in shaft width and can also be used for ventilation and smoke extraction compliant with EN 12101-2; additional devices for smoke extraction are therefore no longer necessary. Moreover, the exhaust systems prevent rain and snow from penetrating even with a full ventilation cross-section, are space-optimised and as a result can be used where conventional ventilation systems are at their limits and neither natural ventilation nor mechanical air supply via ductwork is possible.

Bezeichnet den Luftaustausch in Bauwerken durch natürliche Druckunterschiede (Kamineffekt) zwischen Innenraum und Außenluft.

Bei industriell genutzten Gebäuden ist meist ein thermischer Hotspot der Motor dieser Lüftung.

Vorteile: keine zusätzliche Energie wird für diese Lüftung benötigt (CO2 neutral).

Refers to the exchange of air in buildings through natural pressure differences (chimney effect) between the interior and exterior air.

In industrially used buildings, a thermal hotspot is usually the motor of this ventilation.

Advantages: no additional energy is required for this ventilation (CO2 neutral).

Ist der Luftaustausch wegen zu geringer Wärmelast nicht möglich, werden Ventilatoren im Zuluft Element oder im Abluft Element eingesetzt.

Reicht diese Maßnahme auch nicht aus kann durch eine mechanische Lüftung der Luftaustausch des Industrie Gebäudes verwirklicht werden (keine Komfort Lüftung).

Glashütte

Due to the demanding thermal process during the casting of flat container glass, the production heat is dissipated by our wind vents RVI-II (also available as SHEVS and acoustic version RVI-II-A). The incoming air is introduced through weather protection blinds LU-O, LU-O-A or combination units with sound absorbing baffles LU-SD.
